Could Lump On Neck Be Malignant?

i am 18 years old, a female, and weigh 127. I recently got diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, and thyroiditis after seeing a doctor for a lump on my neck. Currently taking a beta blocker. Im getting a biopsy this week. What are the chances I have cancer? My family is thinking that I do.
