Could Lump On The Eyelashes Be Due To Infection?

Hello, I m a 39 year old 5 4 foot female that has always been healthy. Lately I have noticed a bump in my eyelashes. If I pop it it spreads across to my other lashes, and is there for a few days. It looks terrible but will go away and come back. I believe it is infected and wanted a treatment.
