Could Lump On Tibia Be Benign?

Hi I am 42 years old and went to an urgent care facility to get an x-ray for an ankle injury. Luckily no break, just a bad sprain but the doctor reported a possible small bone island in my tibia. I have done a bit of research and I understand that this is typically a benign finding, but am worried now and wonder if I should follow up with an Orthopedist.
