Could Lump Under The Armpit Be Due To Swollen Milk Gland?

HI, I am still nursing my 10 month infant. About a week ago, my breast pump broke and I stopped pumping during the day and basically just nurse at night. Last night I noticed a puffy area not a lump below my armpit and to the left. Could it be a swollen milk gland? I have one under my armpit the entire time I nurse. Thanks
