Could Marijuana Be The Possible Cause For Eczema?

Found note from my 17 year old daughter to a friend querying marijuana as possible cause of eczema. She does get it inbetween fingers and downknuckle - also occasionally on eyelids. I have no experience of marijuana, although I did by a hemp ointment on advise from a friend and it did not improve the rash for my daughter. Will it cause or exacerbate the condition?
