Could Marijuana Use Cause A Rise In Platelet Count In JAK2-positive Thrombocythemia While On Hydroxyurea?

Hi. I was recently diagnosed with Thrombocythemia ( Bone marrow test-Jak2 positive) with a high of 513xxx platelet count. I went on Hydroxyurea and after 2 weeks my numbers dropped to 413xxx. Now, my 3rd blood test has them up to 450xxx and i was wondering if smoking marijuana has caused this rise or is it just the nature of the disease? Thank you
