Could Meth-could Cause Stroke?

I had a stroke at 48. I m a native amer. Do you think doing drugs like methcould have caused it? I m been doing it since I was 18 yr. Besides I also smoked drank beer, not as munch I did method. But since my stroke it was a slap on my face. But now I stopped doing method I used to shoot it up I had my stroke in December but for my first question. I guess I m lucky I did not lose my ability to walk. I still walk to my left slightly the Dr. Siad I had sports of blood clotin my brain I am tired of walking that way. Do you know how long it would take me to get my walking ability back to normal? I now take meds. For high blood pressure,2 kinds ,medforin for sugar diabetes,aspirin, high colestrol.will a good diet exercise like walking around get me back to normal?
