Could Mild Cervical Erosion Be The Cause For Bleeding After Intercourse?

hi i had a scan at 6 plus 4 and everything was fine, until yesturday afer sex there was bleeding and im 7 plus 5 im bein sent for a scan today i am very worried that there is something wrong, after seeing doctor yesturday she said i have post coital bleeding and discharge o/e today mild cervical erosion, some tissue from os? nature, no pain, should i be worried?
