Could Mild Headache Along With Tenderness Be A Matter Of Concern?

Do I need to see a doctor for possible head injury? Saturday night I was playing with my brother and he swung a pillow at me, but I turned my head and he hit me in the face. The pillow hit my glasses which bounced up and hit me in the forehead. Saturday I went to scratch my forehead and felt a bit of tenderness in a small spit above my left eye. A slight headache but no other symptoms. No bruising, just pain whenever I touch that small spot. Could it be anything serious?
