Could Mild Heart Murmur Be Due To Pre Workout Supplements?

I have a very mild heart murmur, I work out, drink both alcohol and energy drinks and occasionally take amphetamines and have never had a problem. I was considering taking pre workout but had my concerns, is this more dangerous than the current things I do/ should I abstain from pre workout supplements.
