Could Milky Discharge Around Penis Be Related To High TLC?

Last Week I am suffering from the stomach Pain and then i went to a doctor and he tested my blood and ultrasound test also and got high level of tlc around 20000 and now after one week of treatment now i doesn t have any stomach pain and when i asked the doctor to test again the blood he refuses But now i have feel something very little bit unconformable in my stomach i am 25 year male and when i go for urine there are some white milky something around the panis is it due to high tlc?
