Could Missed Periods Post Treatment For PCOD Mean Pregnancy?

Hi I have PCOD since last one year and my periods where regular but in Jan 2015 my periods became irregular and again I had periods on 12 march 2015 and my gync adviced me for HSG test and I went to the test on 19th march and the reports wer normal. and my gync suggested duphaston to take from 16th day i.e 27 march and ultra sound scanning was also done on 10 th april and suprisgly I dnt have pcod now my reports wer normal and now on 12th I haven t got my periods still. are there are any chances to get pregnant? and I am having light menstrual cramps some times and no other symptoms.
