Could Missing My Petogen Dose While On My Period And Now Having No Bleeding This Month Mean I’m Pregnant?

Hi I was using petogen but whilst I was using it I had irregular blood sporting. then I was suppose to go for a dose on the 18 May I didn t and on that day it was my 2nd day having periods, now this month I haven t even seen a blood spot does that mean I m pregnant?
