Could Missing Of Active Pills Lead To Pregnancy?

I'm on Dianne 35 and I was on my 6th day of having the active tablet when I had a bad stomach bug and vomited. The next day I did not take the pill as I was worried it will make me feel I'll, so basically I missed two tablets in the first week if taking the pill. On the leaflet I read that if you had sex in the week before missing your tablet (I did on the second day of taking my active tablet) you can become pregnant. I went to my local doctor and he said very unlikely and did not suggest the morning after pill. I'm very confused.
