Could Mood Swings, Bad Headaches And Heart Palpitations Be Due To Mirena Coil?

I am a 30 year old female, with no past health problems and I have been experiencing some problems that are very concerning for about a week. Symptoms are Heart populations, numbness and pain in arms, feeling of weakness, bad headache (3 days), mood swings, faul smelling discharge, dizzyness (today) and I think It may be due to my birth control (Mirena) I have had it in for 10 months with no issues till now. Can you please help me
