Could Muscle Damage Cause Constant Abdominal Pain?

Hi for the last year my right side abdoman causes almost constant pain. I have not been able to work and after having ct mri s blood test ultra sounds physio I m starting to go nutts. No one can tell me if its bones, muscles, organs! I ve run out of money and patience. The pain subsided during jan and then came back. Food intake makes no difference. Stress seems to trigger irritation. What do I do next I m lost if it is as simple as muscle damage could it cause this constant on going pain?
