Could My 14 Year Old Son Have An Ulcer If

Could my 14 year old son have an ulcer if he has consistent discomfort with each meal, is quite thin, often has a headache, and reports having no appetite. He will be swimming in the junior Olympics so as a psychologist i have assessed sports related stress and anxiety as culprit but I'm still thinking ulcer.
