Could My Liletta IUD Affect LH And FSH Blood Test Results For Menopause, And Could Constant Bleeding Be A Sign Of Perimenopause?

I am 51 yo. My primary Dr. did a blood test to see if I was Menopausal (LH and FSH), however, she did it while I have been taking Deblitane, plus I have the Liletta IUD. The results state I am normal. I am most positive that I am perimenopausal as I have night sweats nightly, plus the reason for being on Deblitane is due to bleeding 2-3 weeks at a time (not super heavy). Also, I have controlled Hypothyroidism. My question is...if I have my blood test done again, would my Liletta IUD give an inaccurate reading for LH and FSH? Or better yet, would the constant bleeding be part of perimenopause as well?
