Could My Arm Swelling Be Related To Stopping Telmisartan A Month Ago While Continuing Amlodipine?

Doctor, my doctor prescribed Telmisartan 40 mg in addition to the 5Mg Amlodopine I was on because she felt my blood pressure was high about 150/100.She felt the Amlodopine was not controlling it enough. However, my blood pressure began to drop to 99/70 towards evenings but she said I should continue on it however I stopped the Telmisartan 40 mg and continued with the Amlodopine because I was concerned. My bp would be okay at home but high when I get to the hospital. ..now it is about 118/80 when I check it at home but I notice my arm is swollen...do you think it is because of the Telmisartan I stopped about 4 weeks ago?
