Could My Birth Control Be Causing Heavy Bleeding And Possible Miscarriages Despite Regular Use And Skipping Periods?

I have been on birth control for around 6 months now, and I believe that my birth control has failed twice now as I believe to have had 2 miscarriages now. I have been taking my birth control regularly, so I don t know what reason it would have to not work. I choose to skip my periods using birth control, but both of these times I believe to have had a miscarriage, I bleed very heavily anyways. They have been about 2 months apart, the last believed to be yesterday. When this bleeding starts, I choose to stop taking my birth control until I m done bleeding. The bleeding has slowed a few times in the time I tried re-starting my birth control. A few hours after I take the pill, I start bleeding heavily all over again. It s almost as if it s doing everything it shouldn t be doing. I do have pictures of what I passed, if that is needed. I have been having issues and haven t been able to get a doctor to listen. Thank you.
