Could My Chills, Body Aches, Jaw Pain, And Abdominal Discomfort Affect My Chances Of Getting Pregnant After Embryo Transfer?

Hello! I had my embryo transfer on 28th April. I am having chills and body aches( also there is pain in my jaw line), no fever. I also have pain in my lower abdomen having difficulty (pain) in bowel movement and urinating. Just worried if these condition might have impact in me getting pregnant.
