Could My Delayed Period Be Caused By An Ovarian Cyst Or The Antibiotics I M Taking For PID?

Hi, I was diagnosed with pid and was placed on ciprofloxacin, doxycyclin, flagyl and mycoten cream during the course of the treatment i stated having pain on my right lower abdominal side and I was asked to do ultrasound which revealed an ovrian cyst of 82 by 46 mm in size ? Infected, so I was placed on ofloxacin ordinazole and doxycyclin, still on the medication and now am having delay menses, pls what might be the cause
