Could My Delayed Period, Foul-smelling Discharge, And Abdominal Pain After Finishing Duphaston Be Due To An Infection?

Hello i finished taking duphaston 6 days ago. I felt flank pain which is on and off. Back pain and lower back pain. Breast tenderness/pain.bloating. yellowish green discharge with odor or yellowish sometimes with foul odor. I felt something hard in my lower abdomen. I had sex with my partner but he always withdraw outside we both know it. We always have sex but we were very careful. Sometimes I felt on and off pain in my lower abdomen. I am scared because even my partner noticed my discharge is smell fishy. He told maybe that s the reason why you haven t get your period I have an infection. I was in night shift for 2 months and we both working in ship. I am always tired and doesn t have enough sleep. Now that I m am in morning shift I am having difficulty adjusting my body clock. I searched as well that being in night shift can cause delay in period.
