Could My Difficulty Breathing And Pain Near A Previously Broken Rib Be Caused By Lung Inflammation From Smoking Marijuana?

Hi, at some point in my life without knowing i broke a rib and i smoke marijuana on the regular and one morning i woke up with something in the area of the healed broken rib pressing against my lung making it nearly impossible to breath then i stretched my arms upward and i heard a pop then suddenly i could breath again should i stop smoking or should i change sleeping position i mostly sleep on my stomach, is it caused by inflammation of the lungs due to coughing from weed?
