Could My Erectile Dysfunction And Loss Of Morning Erections Since A Colonoscopy 2 Years Ago Be Permanent?

hi doctor, I did colonoscopy almost 2 years ago and I remember my sexual performance before the colonoscopy was perfect me and my partner were fully satisfied in our relation and also i use to have boner everytime i wake up and also throughout the day. However after the surgey i never had morning boners and i dont get hard 100 percent even while doing my relation and the moment i get slightly hard it ejaculates directly. Im facing a clear erectile dysfunction and these problem is kiling my life and im really nevous. Is these a permanent problem im really worried about my sexual life and so far i didn t visit a doctor. Im daily thinking about this problem. Is there a way to prevent this problem?
