Could My Flu Symptoms And Yellow-green Pus From My Tongue Piercing From A Fortnight Ago Mean It S Infected?

I got my tongue pierced 2 weeks ago. It was fine for two weeks, but then I think I caught the flu from my boyfriend. I have been pretty consistent with cleaning/rinsing and brushing my teeth. I now have a sore throat, with pressure in the back of my throat. My nose is blocked, I’ve been feeling nauseous and a little dizzy and the piercing is oozing a yellow/greenish pus. What should I do? It’s late at night and I might be overthinking but I don’t know where else to go.
