Could My Foul-smelling Urine, Nausea, And Occasional Fever After An Epidural Steroid Injection Indicate An Infection?

I recently had an epidural steroid injection. A few days later I noticed discomfort in my lower back. The next day my urine smelled fowl and felt weak and nauseous. This is the 3rd day of this with occasional fever spikes that dissipate in a few minuets. My urine is smelling worse but only light yellow.
