Could My Frequent PVCs And Palpitations Be Caused By Anxiety?

Hi doc..i had been diagnosed as pvc during my stress test but my blood stress ct scan all are normal..i kept on thinking im having some issues with my heart esp when on and off im getting heart palpitation..do i suffer from anxiety.i dont have any heart issue and i kept scared for no reason which make my pvc more often..im having gastric as well
