Could My Heart Palpitations, Which Occur With Laughter, Deep Breathing, And During My Period, Be Caused By Anxiety?

I get heart palpitations when I laugh or when I breathe deeply. Any sort of pressure can cause heart palpitations for me in a way that my heart beats forcefully once or twice and it does not feel like skipped beat. My bpm stay the same. It feels more like a forceful beat felt through my chest. I also get them before sleep while I m resting. I have anxiety disorder so I m concerned if that is caused by anxiety or is it something more serious? Palpitations seem to be more frequent when I m on my period. Otherwise, I don t have any issues.
