Could My Husband S Severe Headaches And Ear Issues Be Related To Tight Neck Muscles?

My husband is suffering from debilitating headaches and clogged solid ears with tinnitus. He has has MRI’s MRA’s and lumbar puncture as well as blood test after blood test. He has seen neurologists and neurosurgeons as well as ENT doctors. He does have some stenosis and degenerative discs in the neck but neurosurgeon doesn’t think this is the problem. Numerous doctors have told him the muscles in his neck are very tight. Can the ears and headaches be related? It has been 5 months now with almost daily , severe headaches. Our lives have stopped. He is on muscle relaxers, tramadol and now venlafaxine. Forgot to mention he gets pins and needles in face, shoulder and down arm. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
