Could My Hypothyroidism And High Blood Pressure Be Causing Syncope, Shortness Of Breath, And Wheezing With Minimal Exertion?

I have hypothyroidism and high BP diagnosed. Now I am experiencing syncope when getting out of car and walking briefly. I am also having shortness of breath when exerting myself and sometimes start wheezing like an asthma attack when walking a short distance.
