Could My Irregular Heartbeat And Skipped Beats Be A Side Effect Of Triamterene-HCTZ And Propranolol?

I recently began to have irregular heartbeat with frequent skipped beat that lasts all day long. i am currently taking Triamterene-HCTZ 37.7-25 mg once daily and 10 mg propranolol once daily. My BP is well controlled most of the time but my heart rate flutters and skips. It is very disturbing. I had a stress echo done 3 months ago that came back normal and wore a holter monitor for 24 hours with normal results also 3 months ago. IM not sure if this a side effect of the medication that Im taking or not. The irregular and pounding sensation is more pronounced when i lay down or after meals. I do not have any other symptoms like dizziness or breathing problems. I am at a loss on what to do,
