Could My Left Frontal Lobe Meningioma Be Causing Vision Loss In My Left Eye Along With Migraines?

I have a meningioma in the left frontal lobe, I have had seizures. tia s, and frequent falls. But the recent problem is that my vision is decreasing in my left eye. My eye specialist is concerned that if I do not have this addressed, then I will lose vision in my left eye. She feels that it needs to be removed. this may make my migraines better also? What is the answer?
