Could My Left Groin Pain After Hip Surgery Be Linked To Interval Resolution Of Soft Tissue Emphysema On The X-ray?

Having pain at left groin when walk ( after 2 month after hip surgery, I had also this pain before the surgery too)) I would like to know : What is the meaning of : 1) Interval resolution of soft tissue emphysema after a hip-pelvic(Xray) at 2 months after a left hip bipolar hemiarthroplasty? Is that related to the surgery or is related to this phrase ( x-ray(1 yr before surgery)) there is a lobulated hyperdensity which projects the pelvis to the left of midline, potentially related to a calcified underlying 17mm fibroid? Thank you !
