Could My Lower Abdomen Pain, Abnormal Reports, And Mouth Ulcers Be Linked To Masturbation?

Sir my lower abdomen is. In pain My reports were -alb (h) Puss cells 2 to 4 Dead sperms Amorphous crocks And my age is 18,,Male. Is it the cause of my habit of masturbation Is it the case to worry about or it will settle down by self ? Some ulcers getting in my mouth . Plz help.....
