Could My Lower Left Flank Pain Be Related To A Kidney Issue Rather Than Muscle Pain, Given The Recent Blood In Urine And Dizziness?

Hello, I recently experience blood in my urine, ( pink). It lasted only three times while urination. A few days later i experienced virtigo follwed by a couple of dazzys of dizziness. After the fizziness past I have experienced extreme pain for one daybinnlower left flank. Thought it may be a muscle related pain, i bought medicine for muscle pain with ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer. The pain has lessoned but is still aching. Could this be kidney rather than back pain? No fever. No more blood in urine, no more birtigo, only left flank back pain. Thank you
