Could My Missed Period And Light Spotting Be Due To Pregnancy Or My VKH Medication?

Hello, I had my last period on 3rd of Feb 2022, and on 10th feb i had sex but with a condom, and then i had fever and flu a few days after while my husband had covid. I was tested negative although had same symptoms. I still haven’t gotten my period but on 27th feb i had brown spotting and on 5th march i had very light pink spotting. Is there a possibility that i am pregnant or is it because of any other reason i am not having my period. Btw i take prednisolone 5mg once a week for my VKH disorder
