Could My Month-long Ear Fullness And Pressure Be Related To Eating Recalled Lettuce For Listeria?

I have been having ear fullness and pressure for over a month. I have been treated for Meniere’s and vestibular migraine. None of the medications have worked- prednisone, imitrex, Ubrelvy, baclofen, dyazide. X-ray of neck is fine. I have in the last month eaten lettuce that is currently under recall for Lyseteria- could this be my problem? Could this be a bacterial infection? My ears are always clear when the doctor has checked them. I’m so frustrated, nothing has relieved my issue at all. I am scheduled for physical therapy, but not for three more weeks.
