Could My Ongoing Breathing Problems, Lightheadedness, And Blackouts After Severe Pneumonia Be More Than Bronchitis?

I’m 19 year old female that had really bad pneumonia in boot camp back in March. Since then I’ve had problems breathing, blacking out when working out, lightheadedness, etc. The corpsman told me it was bronchitis, then that my lungs were collapsing, and then back to Bronchitis. They really don’t know and they’re sending me to pulmonology, but I just want to know if I’m wasting my time by going.
