Could My Pelvic Cramps, Lower Back Pain, Constipation, Tender Breasts, And Fatigue Be Related To My Atypical Hyperplasia?

Hello I’m a 32 yr old female that has been diagnosed with Atypia hyperplesia in my uterus. Ive been on IUD for over a year. My last biopsy came back normal and will be getting my iud removed next moved. I have been experiancing pelvic cramp, lower back pain , constipation , tender breasts and extreme fatigue for about a week.
