Could My Positive Pregnancy Tests Nearly 4 Weeks After A Surgical Abortion Mean A New Pregnancy, Or Are They From Leftover Hormones?

hi, I had a surgical abortion almost 4 weeks ago at 7 weeks pregnant. Initially my pregnancy symptoms went away but I have been noticing some of them coming back lately. I took 3 pregnancy tests over the last days and they are all positive. Could this already be a new pregnancy or would this be left over from the abortion ?
