Could My Pregnancy Losses Be Related To My Hypokalemia?

Hi all, i was suffering with hypokalameia since 2017 onwards.doctor suggested me to take Parklor Syrup 4 times in a Day.i have lost my pregenecy 3 times. my Question is 1. is that pregnency loss is because of low potassium issue or not. 2. Recently that means in november 2021 i didnt take Parklor syrup for almost 20 days..so i got symtoms of not able to walk then i started taking over dose of Potassium syrup for 5 days nw my legs were ok but suffering with severe Headache not able to sleep also..please suggest me what i need to do.
