Could My Recent Spotting Be Caused By Excessive Coughing After My Hysterectomy?

I ve had a real bad cough since 19th December. In the last 2 weeks it has gotten worse, I m onto my third lot of antibiotics this week. Yesterday after I had been for a pee, when I wiped myself there was blood, just like spotting, red. I m really worried now. Is it because I m coughing too hard. I had hysterectomy 28 yesterday ago, so was shocked when seen blood.
