Could My Recurring Upper Abdominal Chest Pain With Loose Stools Be Gas, Or Something Like Diverticulitis?

HI, I have what feels like trapped gas pain upper left chest, (coincides with digestion and stomach sounds after eating), this pain moves to the right also under my right ribs also. I often get sweaty or anxious before BM - comes on quickly. I am taking Propranolol 80 mg/day, been on it for 4 years for blood pressure management and it also helped with panic attacks. I get this abdominal pain more frequently now, nothing that would send me to ER but wondering if it s just gas. BM s frequently loose to normal, never hard. I don t often get acid reflux, very infrequent. Father had a couple of bouts of Diverticultis when he was my age (56). Thanks
