Could My Runny Nose And Sneezing After Front Tooth Fillings Be A Sinus Reaction To A Dental Injection Or Just A Cold?

I had four tooth fillings (front upper teeth) today and ever since the numbness wore off my nose has been running. I don t feel like I have a cold but have been sneezing and blowing my nose constantly. Is it a cold or could my sinuses be reacting to the injection?
