Could My Symptoms And X-ray Findings Suggest Active PTB, Or Is It Just A Scar From Past Tuberculosis?

Hi, I had PTB 8 years ago and already treated. This time I got fever and cough for 2 weeks and i think i got weight loss. I have Xray and the impression is consider PTB, undetermined activity. I take sputum test and the result is negative. my doctor gave me antibiotics for 1 week and my fever gone , cough was lessen. Could it be a PTB or it just a scar?
