Could My Symptoms Of Nasal Congestion, Runny Nose, And Slight Blood In My Throat Be Related To My Deviated Septum?

I have deviated septum, nasal congestion especially in the mornings, runny nose after having anything spicy or hot, phlegm in my throat and throat irritation for a few days, but of late I have seen very, very slight blood when I have tried to clear my throat off the postnasal drip.
