Could My Thyroid Nodules And Symptoms Indicate Cancer, Or Is It Related To My Hashimoto S And Thyroid Dysfunction?

I have hashimotos 5 years nodules for 2 years and the nodules showed growth last ultrasound just a few weeks ago and my tsh level is 0.01 and the t3 is high and the t4 is in normal range 1.1...i have headache right side of my head pressure beh*nd the righ eye tired hungry flu like just not feeling myself...could I have cancer? My thyroid idoesnt work anymore:(
