Could My Upper Abdominal Pain, Worsened After Eating, Be Related To Something Other Than My Past Mastectomy And Tummy Tuck?

I have pain in my stomach, under the breast bone which is a bit worse after eating. I had a bilateral mastectomy followed by a tummy tuck at the same time as my implant surgery about 3 years ago.

I have gained some weight since the tummy tuck and thought it might be causing the discomfort, but now think it is not related?
