Could My Upper Right Abdominal Cramps And Loose Stool Be Linked To My Fatty Liver, Given Elevated LFT Results?

Sir/Madam I have frequent slight cramp like pain in the upper right abdomen twice or thrice a day that stays only for 5-6 seconds. My stool is not clear, it s like loose motion(although once a day). I have fatty liver(Non-alcoholic). No kind of fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea or vomitting. My LFT report is Total bilirubin -1.89 SGPT- 96 SGOT- 67 I am in a strict diet and doing daily exercise for 30 minutes.
